Welcome to Mesoo! This User Agreement governs your use of Mesoo, a product designed to provide users with tools and resources for managing anxiety and depression. By accessing or using Mesoo, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using Mesoo.
1.Use of Mesoo:
You agree to use Mesoo solely for its intended purpose of providing tools and resources for managing anxiety and depression. Any other use of Mesoo is prohibited.

(d) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Mesoo or any related systems or networks;
(e) Transmitting or distributing viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
(f) Harassing, abusing, or harming another user of Mesoo;
(g) Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their consent;
(h) Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of Mesoo;
(i) Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying Mesoo.
4.Intellectual Property:
4.1. Mesoo and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mesoo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Mesoo without prior written consent from Mesoo.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties:
5.1. Mesoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mesoo makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content or services provided through Mesoo.
6.Limitation of Liability:
6.1. In no event shall Mesoo or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Mesoo, even if Mesoo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.Governing Law:
7.1. This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.Changes to this Agreement:
8.1. Mesoo reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to this agreement, we will notify you by posting the revised agreement on the Mesoo website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of Mesoo after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated User Agreement.
